About me
Rachael is an expert in scaling data, software and analytics businesses through customer-centricity and rigorous prioritization. An influential leader recognized for driving the strategic direction of the business through innovation and effective organizational leadership, Rachael has spent two decades defining and implementing global strategies spanning M&A, international expansion, go-to-market strategy, and overall corporate strategy.
Currently the Chief Data and Growth Officer for Macrobond Financial, a macroeconomic data and software provider, Rachael is responsible for data strategy and operations as well as M&A strategy on behalf of the company.
Rachael started her career in IT consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and James Martin + Co, developing custom applications for a variety of industries. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Rachael’s current board service includes Sourcescrub, as well as the Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Industry Advisory Board at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Data Science & Society.
Rachael splits her time between New York City and Chapel Hill, NC, with her husband, Bryan.
